What are Collectibles?

Collectibles are digital tokens (NFTs) stored on the Solana blockchain that serve as:

  • Proof of Attendance - Verifiable record you attended an event
  • Digital Memorabilia - Unique collectible for each event
  • Yours Forever - Owned in your personal crypto wallet

How It Works

1. Organiser Creates Collection

The event organiser sets up a collectible collection:

  • Defines the artwork/image
  • Sets total supply
  • Configures when collectibles can be claimed

2. Collectibles Are Minted

After you register for an event:

  • A collectible is minted for your ticket
  • Minting happens automatically
  • You're notified when it's ready to claim

3. You Claim the Collectible

When it's time to claim:

  • Provide your Solana wallet address
  • Collectible is transferred to your wallet
  • You now own the collectible

Accessing Your Collectibles

  1. Go to Dashboard → Wallet
  2. Click the Collectibles tab
  3. View your collectibles organized by status

The Collectibles tab shows a badge with the number of claimable items.

Collectible Status

Ready to Claim

Collectibles that are ready to be claimed to your wallet:

  • Shows ticket image, name, and collection
  • Mint date displayed
  • Click Claim to start the claim process

Pending

Collectibles that will be claimable later:

  • Typically available after the event ends
  • Shows "Claimable [date]" for each item

Claimed

Collectibles you've already claimed:

  • Shows the wallet address it was sent to
  • Claim date displayed
  • View link to see on blockchain explorer

Claiming a Collectible

Prerequisites

Before claiming, you need:

  1. A Solana Wallet - Such as Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack
  2. Wallet Address - Your public Solana address

Claiming Process

  1. Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Collectibles
  2. Find your claimable collectible in the "Ready to Claim" section
  3. Click Claim
  4. In the modal, enter your Solana wallet address
  5. Click Claim to Wallet
  6. Collectible is sent to your wallet

Claim Modal

The claim modal shows:

  • Collectible preview (image, name, collection, serial number)
  • Information about what happens when you claim
  • Wallet address input field
  • Cancel and Claim to Wallet buttons
Cannot Undo

Claims cannot be undone. Double-check your wallet address before confirming. If sent to the wrong address, it cannot be recovered.

Collectibles are minted on the Solana blockchain. Compatible wallets include:

Setting Up a Wallet

  1. Download from phantom.app or your app store
  2. Create a new wallet
  3. Save your recovery phrase securely
  4. Copy your wallet address

  2. Create a new wallet
  3. Save your recovery phrase
  4. Copy your wallet address
Protect Your Recovery Phrase

Never share your recovery phrase (seed phrase) with anyone. This gives full access to your wallet.

Viewing Your Collectibles

In Your Wallet

After claiming, view your collectibles in your Solana wallet:

  • Phantom: Check your Collectibles tab
  • Solflare: View your NFTs section

Collectible Details

Each collectible includes:

  • Image - Visual design for the event
  • Name - Ticket/event name
  • Collection Name - The collection it belongs to
  • Serial Number - Your unique number in the collection

Troubleshooting

Collectible Not Appearing

If a collectible isn't showing:

  • Wait for the event to end (some are only claimable after)
  • Check the "Pending" section for upcoming availability
  • Refresh the page

Claim Failed

If claiming fails:

  1. Verify your wallet address is correct (valid Solana address)
  2. Try again
  3. Contact support if issues persist

Wrong Wallet Address

If sent to wrong address:

  • If it's your other wallet, you still have it
  • If it's someone else's address, it cannot be recovered
  • Always double-check before claiming

Collectible Not Showing in Wallet

  1. Refresh your wallet
  2. Check the Collectibles/NFTs tab in your wallet
  3. Verify the claim was successful on the explorer

FAQ

Do I need a wallet to attend the event?

No. Collectibles are optional extras. Your regular ticket works for event entry.

Is there a cost to claim?

Claiming is free. You may need minimal SOL in your wallet for transaction fees.

What if the organiser didn't enable collectibles?

Not all events have collectibles. It's up to the organiser to enable this feature.

Can I transfer my collectible?

Once claimed, you own it and can transfer it like any Solana NFT.

When can I claim?

Organisers set when collectibles become claimable - this could be immediately after registration, after the event ends, or after you check in.
