Group Ticketing

Enable team and bulk registrations with group ticket features.

Overview

Group ticketing allows:

  • One person (leader) to purchase multiple tickets
  • Automatic invite link generation
  • Members join independently with their details
  • Centralized management for the organiser

Enabling Group Tickets

Per-Ticket Configuration

  1. Go to Event → Manage → Tickets
  2. Edit or create a ticket
  3. Toggle Group Ticket
  4. Set group size
note

Group tickets are only available for paid tickets.

Group Settings

Minimum Group Size

The minimum number of people required per group:

  • Minimum value is 2

Group Registration Flow

For the Group Leader

  1. Select Group Ticket - Choose group-enabled ticket and quantity
  2. Enter Your Information - Name and email
  3. Optional: Enter Member Details - Pre-fill group member names and emails, or skip and share invite link later
  4. Complete Checkout - Pay for all tickets
  5. Receive Invite Link - Shareable link for members to join

For Group Members

  1. Receive Invite Link - From the group leader
  2. Open Link - Goes to group join page
  3. Enter Details - Name, email, custom questions
  4. Confirm - Joins the group
  5. Receive Ticket - Individual ticket with QR code

Managing Groups

For Group Leaders

After purchasing, group leaders can manage their group:

  1. Access their group management page (link in confirmation email)
  2. Share Invite Link - Copy or share the link with group members
  3. Add Attendees Manually - Enter member details directly
  4. View Members - See who has joined and their check-in status

Group Information

For each group, view:

  • Leader - Name and email
  • Total Slots - Purchased quantity
  • Filled Slots - Members registered
  • Status - Confirmed, Pending, or Cancelled

Member Management

See all members in a group:

  • Individual names and emails
  • Check-in status
  • Add attendees manually if slots remain

Group Check-In

At the event:

Individual Check-In

  • Each group member has unique QR code
  • Check in individually like regular attendees
  • Track who attended

Group Overview

  • See check-in status for entire group
  • Identify no-shows
  • View by group in reports

Notifications

To Group Leader

On Purchase:

  • Confirmation email with invite link
  • Payment receipt
  • Link to group management page

To Group Members

On Join:

  • Confirmation email
  • Individual ticket with QR code
  • Event details

Reporting

Group registrations are included in your attendee exports. Use the Analytics tab to view overall registration metrics.

Pricing Incentives

  • Offer group discounts
  • Lower per-ticket cost for larger groups
  • Encourage bulk purchases
