Payments & Billing

Why is crypto the cheapest payment option?

Crypto payments (USDC) bypass traditional payment processors like Stripe and Paystack, which charge higher fees. Blockchain transactions have minimal network costs, resulting in only a 0.5% processing fee compared to 2.5-2.9% for cards.

What is USDC?

USDC (USD Coin) is a stablecoin cryptocurrency pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar. Unlike volatile cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, 1 USDC always equals approximately $1 USD. Delvent accepts USDC on both Solana and Stellar blockchains.

Can I change the fee transfer setting after selling tickets?

Yes, but it only affects future purchases. Existing ticket sales retain their original pricing structure.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The platform fee (5%) and processing fees shown are the only fees. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges.

Do free events have any fees?

No. Free events are completely free to create and manage. There are no platform or processing fees for free tickets.

What currency do I receive for crypto payments?

You receive USDC (a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to USD) directly in your Solana or Stellar wallet.
