Payment Setup
Configure payment methods and settlement options for receiving revenue.
Overview
Delvent supports multiple payment methods:

Accessing Payment Settings
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Click the Settlement tab
- Select your Host Profile from the dropdown
The settings page has two sections:
- Payment Processing - How attendees pay for tickets
- Where You Get Paid - Where your revenue is sent
Stripe Connect
What is Stripe Connect?
Stripe Connect allows you to:
- Accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Receive payouts to your bank account
- Handle USD and GBP payments
Setting Up Stripe
- Go to Settings → Settlement
- Find the Stripe row under Payment Processing
- Click Connect Stripe Account
- Complete Stripe's onboarding in the new tab:
- Business information
- Bank account details
- Identity verification
- Return to Delvent
You need an email on your host profile before connecting Stripe.
Stripe Status
After connecting, the status shows:
- Connected (green) - Ready to accept payments
- Incomplete - Additional information needed (shows Charges and Payouts status)
Viewing Payouts
Once connected:
- Click View Payouts on your Stripe row
- View payout details directly in Delvent
Paystack (Nigeria)
What is Paystack?
Paystack enables:
- Nigerian card payments
- Bank transfers
- NGN currency support
Paystack is platform-managed, so no connection is needed on your end.
Setting Up NGN Settlements
To receive NGN ticket revenue, add your bank account:
- Go to Settings → Settlement
- Under Where You Get Paid, find "For NGN ticket sales"
- Click Add Bank Account
- Search and select your bank
- Enter your 10-digit account number
- Your account name is verified automatically
- Click Save
Editing Bank Account
To update your bank details:
- Click Edit on your bank account row
- Update the bank or account number
- Save changes
Cryptocurrency (USDC)
What is USDC Payment?
Accept stablecoin payments:
- USDC on Solana blockchain
- 1:1 USD value, no volatility
Setting Up Crypto Payments
- Go to Settings → Settlement
- Under Where You Get Paid, find "For crypto/stablecoin payments"
- Click Add Crypto Wallet
- Enter your Solana wallet address and optional label
- Save
Managing Crypto Wallets
You can add multiple wallets:
- Set default - Choose which wallet receives payments
- Remove - Delete a wallet
- Add another wallet - Add additional wallets
Getting a Wallet Address
Use Solana wallets like:
- Phantom
- Solflare
- Backpack
Copy your public wallet address (starts with letters/numbers, ~44 characters).
Crypto Settlement
- Payments sent directly to your wallet
- Instant settlement on confirmation
- Platform fee deducted before transfer
Payment Method Requirements
To accept payments, you need the appropriate settlement method configured:

Fee Structure
Platform Fee
- 5% of ticket price
- Same across all payment methods
Processing Fees

| Stripe (GBP) | 2.5% + £0.25 |
| Paystack (NGN) | 1.5% + ₦100 (max ₦2,000) |
| Crypto (USDC) | 0.5% |
Transfer Fee Option
Per ticket, choose who pays fees:
- Organiser Pays - Fees deducted from your revenue
- Attendee Pays - Fees added to ticket price

Organiser Amount
For each transaction:
Organiser Amount = Ticket Price - Platform Fee - Processing Fee
If transfer fee enabled:
Organiser Amount = Ticket Price (full amount)
Attendee Pays = Ticket Price + Platform Fee + Processing Fee

Troubleshooting
Stripe Not Connecting
- Ensure your host profile has an email address
- Complete all Stripe requirements
- Verify identity documents
- Check business information
Bank Account Verification Failed
- Verify account number is correct (10 digits)
- Ensure bank is supported
- Try searching for a different bank name variation
Crypto Wallet Not Working
- Verify wallet address is correct format
- Ensure it's a valid Solana address
- Ensure the wallet can receive USDC
Missing Payouts
- Check payout schedule (Stripe)
- Verify bank account details
- Contact support if issues persist
