Event Analytics

Understand your event performance with comprehensive analytics and insights.

Accessing Analytics

  1. Go to Dashboard → Events
  2. Select your event
  3. Click Manage → Analytics
Access Level

Full analytics are available to Owners and Admins only.

Overview Metrics

At a glance, the top stats show:

  • Your Revenue - Net revenue after fees
  • Tickets Sold - Total tickets sold (shows capacity if limited)
  • Check-in Rate - Percentage of attendees checked in
  • Validated Attendees - Number of attendees checked in

Reports

Below the overview stats, expandable report cards provide detailed analytics:

  • Sales Report - Revenue and sales breakdown
  • Check-In Summary - Attendance and check-in data
  • Traffic Sources - Where visitors come from
  • Page Performance - Event page engagement metrics
  • Custom Question Report - Registration form responses (if applicable)

Click any report card to expand and view details.

Sales Report

Key Metrics

  • Total Sales - Number of tickets sold
  • Gross Revenue - Total ticket revenue
  • Net Revenue - Revenue after fees

Sales Timeline

Interactive chart showing sales over time to identify trends and peak purchase periods.

Sales by Ticket Type

Donut chart showing distribution of sales across ticket types.

Revenue by Ticket

List showing revenue generated per ticket type with units sold.

Financial Summary

Detailed breakdown:

  • Gross Revenue
  • Tickets Remaining (if limited)
  • Net Revenue (highlighted)

Check-In Summary

Track attendance data:

  • Total tickets scanned
  • Check-in success rates
  • Check-ins by ticket type
  • Check-ins by validator (who scanned)

Traffic Sources

Key Metrics

  • Total Page Views - All event page visits
  • Unique Visitors - Individual visitors
  • Conversions - Visitors who registered
  • Conversion Rate - Percentage who registered

Traffic Over Time

Chart showing daily page views to identify trends.

Source Breakdown

Where visitors come from:

  • Direct - Typed URL or bookmark
  • Social - Social media platforms
  • Search - Search engines
  • Referral - Other websites
  • Email - Email campaigns
  • Paid - Advertising

Each source shows views, percentage, and conversions.

Platform Breakdown

Specific social and search platforms:

  • Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
  • WhatsApp, Google, Bing, Reddit

Page Performance

Key Metrics

  • Total Page Views - All page loads
  • Unique Visitors - Individual users
  • Bounce Rate - Left without interacting
  • Avg. Time on Page - How long visitors stayed

Device Breakdown

Views by device type (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet) with percentages.

Conversion by Device

Conversion rate per device type.

Custom Question Report

If your registration form includes custom questions, this report shows a summary of all responses.

This report only appears if you have custom registration questions configured.

Exporting Data

Each report has an Export button that sends the report to your email.

Available exports:

  • Sales Report - Revenue, transactions, and ticket breakdown
  • Check-in Summary - Attendance data
  • Traffic Analytics - Page views and source breakdown
  • Page Performance - Device and engagement metrics

When you click Export:

  1. The report is generated in the background
  2. You receive an email with the data attached
  3. Open the attached file in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
