Managing Tickets
Configure ticket types, pricing, and availability for your events.
Ticket Overview
Access ticket management:

- Go to Dashboard → Events
- Select your event
- Click Tickets tab
Creating Tickets
Basic Ticket Setup
Click Add Ticket and configure:

Ticket Name
Choose a clear name:
- General Admission
- VIP Pass
- Early Bird
- Student
- Workshop Only
Ticket Description
Explain what's included:
- Access level
- Perks and benefits
- What's different from other tickets
Ticket Type
- Free - No payment required
- Paid - Requires payment
Pricing Configuration
For paid tickets:
- Select currency: NGN, USD, or GBP
- Enter the ticket price
- NGN - Requires Paystack account
- USD/GBP - Requires Stripe Connect
Configure payment methods in Dashboard → Settings → Settlement.
Quantity & Limits
Ticket Limit
Set maximum tickets available:
- Limited - Enter maximum quantity (e.g., 100 tickets)
- Unlimited - No cap on sales
Maximum Per Order
Limit how many tickets one person can buy:
- Prevents bulk purchases
- Optional - leave empty for no limit
- Set lower for high-demand events
Transfer Fee
Control who pays platform and processing fees:
- Organiser Pays (off) - Fees deducted from your revenue
- Attendee Pays (on) - Fees added to ticket price
Example for $100 ticket with 5.5% total fees:

Group Ticketing
Enable group purchases for team or bulk registrations.
Enabling Groups
- Toggle Group Ticket
- Set Group Size (minimum 2 people)
Group tickets are only available for paid tickets.
How Groups Work
- Group leader purchases all tickets
- Receives invite link
- Shares with group members
- Members register individually
- All get individual tickets

Multi-Day Ticket Configuration
For multi-day events, control which days each ticket grants access to:
Access Days
Choose All Days or Custom:
- All Days - Ticket grants access to every event day
- Custom - Select specific days this ticket covers
Day Selection Mode (Custom Only)
When using Custom with multiple days selected:
Access All Selected Days
- Ticket holder can attend all selected days
- Example: 2-day pass for Friday and Saturday
Attendee Chooses Days
- Attendee picks which day(s) to attend at checkout
- Set how many days they can select
- Example: "Pick Any 2 of 3 Days" ticket
Ticket Status
Control ticket availability using the status dropdown:

| On Sale | Visible and available for purchase |
| Coming Soon | Visible but not purchasable yet |
| Paused | Temporarily unavailable |
| Sold Out | Quantity reached (or manually set) |
| Hidden | Not shown on event page |
Managing Existing Tickets
Editing Tickets
Click Edit on any ticket to modify:
- Ticket name and description
- Pricing (currency and amount)
- Quantity limits
- Group settings
- Transfer fee setting
Tickets with existing sales have limited editing. You cannot change:
- Ticket name
- Ticket type (free/paid)
- Currency
- Group size
You can still increase the quantity limit.
Deleting Tickets
Remove tickets that haven't sold:
- Click the Delete button on the ticket
- Confirm deletion
You cannot delete tickets that have sales. Instead, change status to Hidden or Sold Out.
Ticket Metrics
The ticket list shows key metrics for each ticket:
- Sold / Limit - Number sold vs. quantity available (∞ for unlimited)
- Status - Current availability status

Fee Summary

| Processing (GBP) | 2.5% + £0.25 |
| Processing (NGN) | 1.5% + ₦100 |
| Processing (Crypto) | 0.5% |
