Delvent automatically sends emails to keep attendees, organisers, and team members informed throughout the event lifecycle.

Registration & Tickets

Registration Confirmation

Sent to: Attendee When: Immediately after successful registration/payment

Includes:

  • Attendee name and event details
  • Ticket type and quantity
  • QR code(s) for check-in
  • Unique ticket code(s)
  • Event date, time, and location

Order Confirmation

Sent to: Attendee When: After event ends (if enabled by organiser)

Group Registrations

Group Registration Confirmation

Sent to: Group leader When: Group registration is created/paid

Sent to: Group member When: Member confirms their spot in the group

Decision emails are only sent when the organiser clicks Notify Lineup. Changing the proposal status alone does not send emails.

Lineup Invite

Team Member Invite

Validator Invite

Sent to: Invited validator When: Organiser invites someone to check-in attendees

Email Preferences

Attendees can manage their email preferences:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails
  • Transactional emails (confirmations, tickets) cannot be disabled

Organisers receive all event-related notifications by default.
